A Wind River Crossing HOA president objected, saying the developer promised a gate at the end of the street and never told the neighborhood it planned to privatize the connection, which his community needs for access to Yale Avenue.

A nearby resident asked for clarity on whether homes would be torn down, lot sizes changed, or a backyard pool affected, and asked to be left alone.
