Impact analysis
The city could face costs for severance, interim leadership, and a chief search—plus possible overtime or service impacts—though no dollar figure is given.
Hard to say—maybe city officials pushing for a new direction, or a replacement chief, but there’s no clear public winner yet.
Firefighters and residents could lose stability and service continuity if the transition disrupts operations.
