Spring Creek Trail Exercise Station (Eagle Scout Project)

KickingBird Golf operations reshuffled
The Public Works Authority approved a new $11,000/month management agreement for the KickingBird restaurant, terminated the Flite Golf deal, adopted a new fee schedule, and signed off on a $28,965 pickleball court repair.
Senior Center Meal Program funding
A $23,071.88 grant will feed more seniors at the senior center.
Downtown pedestrian bridge feasibility study
Grant funding for a downtown pedestrian bridge feasibility and design study is on hold until March 9. The delay is procedural — the city manager asked for more time.
