Argued the developer's sodding has failed to fix stormwater flows hitting his South Fork neighborhood and asked the council to hold the plat until the engineered drain solution is installed.

Showed video of water pooling at his storage garage, patio, and retaining wall, said the developer told him he had 'no issues' and has done repair work on neighboring properties but refuses to address his, and asked the city to make his property whole.
