An office-warehouse owner on both sides of the site warned there isn't enough parking for heavy commercial uses and feared tenant spillover onto his properties.

An adjacent property owner wrote in opposing the CH rezone, arguing light-industrial zoning fits the addition better, that the building lacks parking for commercial-heavy requirements, and that the owners' stormwater issues have occupancy permits on hold.
